As a trainer, my goal is to help you feel amazing. We all have a different start point and a different end goal. Whatever your goals are I’m here to help you achieve them!
With personalised goals and workout programs, factoring in your life commitments, providing accountability and weekly group fitness, I will support you all the way!
My aim is to help you find what you enjoy, what works for you and a healthy balance that is consistent and sustainable!

I have been on the journey, I understand the struggles of fad diets, weight gain after childbirth, weight management during peri menopause / menopause.

I have gained weight/ lost weight and done the fad / Yo-Yo dieting.
Then I found strength & resistance training and have built consistency and balance into my life.
