ABOUT TOGETHER FIT
I didn’t start this journey with all the answers — just a desire to feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of my life. Like many women, I spent years chasing quick fixes: fad diets, intense programs, and that elusive “perfect” routine. But nothing stuck. I was tired of starting over.
Four years into my fitness journey, I attended a bootcamp retreat that changed everything. For the first time, I stepped away from the noise of everyday life and focused entirely on me. That experience lit a fire in me — I knew I wanted to create a space where other women could do the same.
That’s how Together Fit was born.
It’s more than just workouts. It’s a community, a mindset, and a system designed to help you:

I’ve Been There Too...
This isn’t just something I teach — it’s something I’ve lived.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the cycle of fad diets, to watch your body change after childbirth, and to navigate the challenges of weight management through peri-menopause and menopause. I’ve gained weight, lost weight, and tried every quick fix out there. None of it brought lasting change.
What finally did? Strength and resistance training — paired with consistency, balance, and a mindset shift.
Now, I’m focused on being strong, healthy, and confident as I move through my mature years — and I want the same for you. Fitness isn’t about extremes. It’s about finding what works for your body and building habits that last.
